- Sugar – 1 1/2 Cups
- Water – 2 Cups
- Maida/ All Purpose flour – 1 cup
- Curd – 5 tbsp
- Baking Soda – 1 tsp
- Cooking soda – 2 pinch
- Color – 1-2 pinch
How I do it :
Heat Water and sugar ,stirring continuously. When sugar melts, Add a thin slice of lemon. Keep it in low flame till one string.
In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, curd, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Color. Add little water if required to bring to a thick consistency. Leave it for 10 min.
Now pour the batter in a cone squeeze bottle.
Heat oil. Make Jalebi shapes. Allow it to cook for few minutes. Turn other side and cook equally.
Remove from Oil and place in the Sugar syrup for few seconds. Ensure the syrup is coated from all sides. Remove and Serve hot with Rabri/ Curd.
