- Milk – 1 liter ( Full crème)
- Sugar – 1 Cup
- Saffron – few strands
- Cardamom powder – 2 pinch
- Paneer – 200 gms (freshly home made)
- Dry Fruits – finely chopped Almonds and Pista’s
How I do it :
Heat milk and sugar until milk reduces to half.
Meanwhile Soak the saffron strands in warm milk. Mash properly and add to the reduced milk.
Add the cardamom powder
Crush Paneer into pieces and add to the milk after removing from heat.
Once it cools to room temperature, garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve.
Special Information :
Do not Crush paneer into small pieces, just random large pieces
Once paneer is added do not heat the milk further
