Ingredients :
- Dry Red Chilli – 50 gms
- Garlic pods – 15 ( finely chopped)
- Ginger – 2 inch( finely chopped)
- Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
- Vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Salt – To taste ( 1.5 tsp approx.)
- Oil – 6 tbsp
How I do it :
Deseed the Red Chilli
Soak in water for 30 min
Make a paste in the grinder
Add little water while grinding ( 2tbsp)
Heat oil and add chopped garlic and ginger
Cook over medium flame
When the garlic starts changing color, add red chilli paste. Mix well.
Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes in low heat
Add 1/2 cup water, soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and salt.
Cover and cook again for 15 min until the consistency becomes thick
Remove from heat and once cool transfer to Jar

You can store in fridge for longer life
It can be used a the main ingredient for Fried rice, marinate chicken/ Cauliflower/Potato for stir fries , masala layer in Dosa
