Ingredients :

Boiled egg and shell removed – 3

Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp

Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp

Garlic pods – 10 (  crushed)

Oil -1 tbsp

Salt

Method :

  1.  In a wok/ kadai , add the oil
  2. When the oil starts to heat add the crushed garlic pods and stir in low flame till they are crisp
  3. Add the red chilli powder , turmeric powder, salt and egg in the same sequence
  4. Stir very gently, so that eggs remain intact
  5.  When the outer layer of egg starts turning reddish, remove from fire
  6. Serve with rice
