French Beans – 250 gms
Jeera or Cumin – 1 tsp
Coriander or Dhania powder – 1 tbsp
Green Chilli – 2 Slit
Garlic – 2 (crushed)
Salt- to taste
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Cumin and the crushed garlic.
- Once the garlic turns golden brown, add the chopped beans.
- Add coriander powder and salt.
- Allow it to cook for 10 min in low flame.
- Remove from fire and serve hot with Dal- Rice or Chapathi
- You can just mix it with steamed rice and have, it tastes yummy!
